MCT:September 6, 2008This was so creepy, granted, this level of computer hacking, etc., is truly not possible, but the potential idea is scary enough. the torture is so absolutely gruesome, and the 'live feed' element is intense and reminded me of how desensitized people have become about real happenings, that, in and of itself, is terrifying. outstanding acting, particularly diane lane, is very tangible although her escape at the end is a little over the top. but, she's diane lane! worth the watch in my book. i can't remember the name of the actor who is the killer, but years back he had some appearances on law and order (early teen i'd guess) and even then his skill was clearly obvious and he had the ability to truly become his character, creepy yes, but amazingly well done.

MCT:August 31, 2008Besides the rather abruptly lame ending, the movie itself is pretty good. The torture scenes are pretty graphic so those with weak stomachs should either close their eyes or not watch it at all.

Untraceable wasn't as good as I thought it would be. It wasn't bad but at the same time it wasn't great. It was very suspenseful though, and kept you on the edge of your seat. Diane Lane gave in such an excellent performance. All around the acting was well played throughout. I loved the way they made this movie. I thought that the idea was great by having a killer put people in deadly situations that they can't get out of. He's not the one who kills the people, the people that log onto the website and pay to see the way the men and women who are going to die. The more people that log onto the website the quicker the person dies. Really the only bad thing about this movie was that their wasn't enough action. I thought that the way the trailer made the movie out to be that their was going to be way more action. It was also a little boring at a few different scenes. I thought it could have been so much better. I thought the idea was excellent for this movie and it was to bad that I didn't like it as much as I hoped for. I did love the way that Diane Lane fought for her daughters life and hers until the very end. She kept protecting her daughter the whole movie. One great scene in the movie was when Diane Lane was in the shower and her daughter saw their house on the television. One thing that I noticed was that their wasn't a lot of romance, not any at all. If you're looking for more of a romantic story look some where else. If you want a very gruesome and interesting story than this movie is perfect for you, and look no further.

Really Cool flick I liked this one.Yeah it smelled a little predictible here and there but who cares? The twisted concept of this movie was like a weird cross between Se7en and The Saw movies, so if you like either of those or both you will most likely love this.Intense at times I did enjoy this movie.I am recommending this one.=)

I thought this was a pretty good movie. The cinematography was pretty good, the idea was well thought-out and it kept me suspensed until the end. It missed something though, but I can't quite put my finger on it.

Untraceable is very predictable in a traditional thriller way, the story is trying to be all modern withthe use of computer technology but stills ends up being nothing new. The performances are adequate but i'd say this is a rental or watch on tv movie rather than a cinema veiw.

A pretty decent thriller that suffers from some contrivances. It also comes across as being a little self important and preachy in its attempts to capture the zeitgeist of our (as this movie would have you believe) "torture-porn" crazy culture.

MCT:August 16, 2008I thought this one was very thrilling and interesting to watch.......these types of thrillers always have you trying to guest who the bad guy is from the moment it comes on......this was no different. The crimes that this guy commits are some of the worst I have seen they are purely torture on the part of the victom at the hands of the public........A must see.

Some of the parts were so gory that I had to look away. It was a good movie, but it's sad that Owen had to die. I guess he deserved it, but still. Owen is still the hottest one out of all of the actors in the movie. Luv yeah, Joe! :D

I love love love this movie ! I'm actually very obsessed with it, lol. I really like Owen(the killer), I know that sounds crazy but he's really hott ! This is an amazing movie, and I recomment everyone to see it. It's a 5/5 for me :)

Now this is a cool movie, the killings in this remind me of the way jigsaw kills his victimns in saw, a very smart movie that i couldnt keep my eyes off.
