A long time ago, in a galaxy far far- oh come on, anyone who doesn't know what Star Wars is has no hope in life, and no review of mine is going to change that. Perhaps not the best installment in the franchise, but still the perfect setup for the most legendary film series ever to hit the big screen, and whether you're aware of it or not (and if you are not then you are too oblivious to be alive), Star Wars changed everything...

Star Wars is a cinematic masterpiece. Lucas created a fantastic environment, story, and movie. Loved the characters, plot-line, Vader, and classic feel. I highly suggest watching the original theatrical release on DVD, and try to stay away from the Special Editions, or at least the ones that add pointless CGI (that just makes the appeal look too strange), and extra tidbits that are not needed in any fashion. Classic '77 version is the way to go. I Still watch this on VHS.

10 years ago my dad took me to the cinema to see the special edition release and my mind was officially warped, 30 years ago my grandpa took my dad to see the same film and the same happened. Truly and utterly timeless!! Happy 30th Birthday Star Wars.
