The dialog is snappy. Marilyn is seductive as usual. Curtis and Lemmon hit the cross-dressing awkwardness on the head. Curtis even gets to have a second alternate identity, which makes for more belly laughs. The first of many movies that had Lemmon working with Wilder.
One of those awesome "madcap caper" movies that they don't seem to be able to do anymore, although Steve Martin keeps trying. Watching this makes you realize just how hot Marilyn Monroe really was.
A good, watchable movie - but I never did like watching people doing stupid things in the name of humour...
Even after all these years, this is still the greatest and funniest movie ever made. Marilyn at her very best, and Lemmon and Curtis hilarious, too. Also, let's not forget Joe E. Brown, his expression, "Zowie" says it all.
This is the first film I saw with Marilyn. I've laughed a lot! Very good film, but I wanted to know why this film wons Best Art Direction-Set Decoration in black and white. Besides, shows that it is good even without colors. Once I've seen Marilyn, I thought her gorgeous. Simply fantastic!

This earlier film in the late 50's is an all-time classic. The three actors/actress in this film were laugh-out-loud hilarious throughout the entire film. "Marilyn Monroe" was very astonishing and seductive with her part. As for "Tony Curtis" and "Jack Lemmon" they put earlier drag queen and gay queer cinema on the map with this particular movie. Although the ending was short and should have been more action along with the bad guys getting caught the film itself and the actors will always be icons.
Love it!
Tony Curtis rocks in it! oh and dont forgbet Marilyn Monroe and Jack Lemmon!
