MCT:February 3, 2008Sinister tenant (Michael Keaton) methodically destroys the house a young couple have renovated into apartments to help pay the mortgage. Great ending!

MCT:January 21, 2008Frustratingly hard to believe. Con-man holes up inside apartment complex to scam landlord out of property. Cast is good and I did care for their well-being, but probably only because it was the only thing I cared about.

MCT:August 31, 2007This movie gets me so upset every time i watch it!! To think the law is on Michael Keaton's side! He plays this part with such evil charm, he gives me the creeps! it is an excellent movie, it keeps you riveted from the get go.

MCT:August 20, 2007Keaton could do no wrong for me for a long time. This was in his hay-day and I loved the theme of the film and Keaton's performance was fab.
