MCT:September 24, 2008Rachael Leigh Cook plays a bride-to-be who confesses her sexual fantasies to a carpenter (Kenny Doughty) who happened to be on the other side of the confessional at the time. To get into her pants, he pretends to priest.
Man did I hate this movie. There is nothing to like about Kenny Doughty's character. When he finally sleeps with her, the day before she's about to get married, she's drunk. But, of course he loves her and spends the rest of the movie trying to do everything to ruin the upcoming marriage. Garbage.
The jokes in this are ones they use on sitcoms that would get cancelled in the middle of it's first season.
Don't waste your time. -
MCT:June 18, 2008i really like this movie .. it was funny .. i thinnk they did extend the ending ..that just made the movie a little boring ... beside that it was good ... i love the fact it had fresh idea for a comedy romance ...

MCT:January 28, 2008Awful! I'm a huge sucker for romantic comedies, but not even I could like this one! For a romantic comedy is wasn't all that romantic. I found the plot ridiculous, contrived, and sooooo predictable! The leading man wasn't charming or likeable, but in fact, sleazy and a bit scary. The story is basically about a guy who pretends to be a priest to get close to a girl he has fallen in lust with, by offering to fallow her around and give her guidance during the two weeks before her wedding so she won't fall victim to "temptation." He basically dose this just so he can get her in bed, but then, after knowing her for like three hours, insists he's in love with her, and then pretty much proceeds to stalk her and do things that would have any normal woman, in reality, running for the police. Two thumbs WAY down!

this thing was so boring and sick...we mostly fast forward it to the end! And the end was stupid too! blah I wasted my time on this thing...
