My girlfriends kids were watching this one on a laptop in the other room one night. Something caught my interest when I walked by and I wound up sitting and watching it with them...surprisingly good.

Why dosn't Disney make movies like this anymore? It had heart, it had humor, it had a story that wasn't pulled out of someone's ass and called gold! I liked it! I don't know why but I wanted it to be live action...that makes no sence, but did any of this? No but who cares! I loved the villian, he was my favorite- very Jim Carrey! And it was...I am having trouble to describe it- just good! And adult funny too! I liked it! I loved the whole future/past thing too! Oh and the music! Rob Thomas doing a good song and a score by Danny Elfman (which makes everything clear once you se his name- it was clearly his style)! So what's not to love! It's over the top fun! See it and forget Disny's recent past!

I love movies about the future, and this one's one of my favs. I love wilbur, and Franny/Cornilious(and/or Lewis). I also love the score to this movie. It's wonderful :D

Another great animation film from Pixar. It was a bit sad at moments, but not sobbing sad--just moving.

I didn't love or hate Meet the Robinsons, it's a fairly bland and harmless film. The animation isn't particularly beautiful or well done, but it's not bad either. The story is pretty fun, some of the characters are great, I really liked the "bowler hat guy" as the bad guy, he's hilariously inept in his efforts to foil the hero's plans; I especially dug when he brings the dinosaur to the future to help him, funny stuff.

Young Lewis is an orphan, who is a genius at science, is constantly inventing amazing gadgets. He's desperate to find out who his family is, and invents a machine that will dig deep into his subconscious and find out who is mother is. Before he's able to use it, a kid from the future, comes to find him, because he needs his science expertise. Once in the future, Lewis meets the boy's family and falls in love. It's fairly obvious what's going to happen, and who they really are. I was able to figure it out from the trailer; but for a kid, it's a nice story. The one surprising thing is who the villain really is; and what happens when they succeed in their dastardly plans.

If you're sick of watching the same kid movies over and over, the way I am, this is a decent film for a young one. But it's probably not going to become a family favorite.

Not your typical family animation. This movie was going down the drain for a good hour before it came to life. The final 30 minutes are what make this worth seeing. Most of the film is so scatterbrained and farfetched I didn't know why I was watching it. In the end the story finally comes together and is actually good. It's tough to overlook an hour on nonesense and mediocre animation though. Unique and open minds will probably apprecaite this a lot more.

No no no... what is this? This movie is on speed. The ending was a bit better than the rest of the movie, but still, this was not good. Where is his friend? what happened to him? they just adopted him to kill the story. not worth the $30 I payed for it.

Decent film but a bit too mad for my liking.

Lines are shouted more often than spoken and everything feels like it's being bombarded at you.

Still, the film is too quirky and clever for me to dismiss with some good characters.

Incredible film! Much better than expected. I loved every second of it. Who knew disney was still this good without Pixar. I loved the story and the characters and the art and the music. It was a fantastical train ride...not the best one i have been on...but among the greatest

I watched this movie just by chance, and was really surprised about how much I enjoyed it. With a good plot twist and amazing animation, Meet The Robinsons is great fun for any age and is one of the few Disney films that isn't complete and utter rubbish nowadays.
The animation is stunning - complete 3-D brilliance. The characters are also extremely well developed with much more depth than one imagines for an animated production. The plot was simultaneously pleasurable and intriguing with a twist or two, adding to the drama and excitement.

This movie is, by far, the most entertaining computer-animated film I've seen to date.

There's nothing bad I can say about this film's graphics since, visually, this movie's utterly flawless.

My only criticism about this flick is regarding its storyline and progression.

At the start, the movie appeared to be heading nowhere, able to clearly explaining nothing as it progressed along at a seemingly random and frenetic pace. But close to the climax of it, the film's actual story was finally revealed to the viewer.

I honestly don't have any problems with this kind of story-telling technique in movies. I'm just not sure if this was the best option to go with for a movie supposedly made for kids.

Aside from that, the director wasn't quite sure how to translate onscreen his message about family and finding one's own.

Even though, this movie will still deliver in terms of an enjoyable watch.

This animated movie of an orphan boy who meets another from 30 years in the future, and a strange and silly villain out to get the future boy, is sometimes fun, and at other times, heartwarming.
