My 3rd favorite movie
My 3rd favortie movie
my 3rd favorite Movie.
Flicka is the movie that always makes me cry. I am a horse freak. I love horses. This movie is exactly how I feel on the inside.
this movie was amazing!!! i totally recommend it!!! it defintiely reignited my love for horses, and how much i really really want to own a farm!!! i love ryan kwanten, he's great, such an awesome actor!!! but i have to admit, i prefer his aussie accent =D
OMG! this movie was awesome. I got for my b-day adn ever since then I watch it about once every two months.
Predictable, cheesy in many places, and pretty weird seeing Tim McGraw acting rather than singing, but apart from all that I still really enojyed this film. There were plenty of reasons why, firstly I love horses and therefore films based around them often interest me, and more importantly I really wanted to watch this film for Ryan Kwanten, and it turns out he is just as lovable as he was when he was still on Home and Away playing Vinnie - and his character was the sweetest brother anyone could ask for. Alison Lohman is a really good actress as well and she brings Katy to life. You can totally feel her pain and emotion everytime something goes wrong with Flicka.
Such a good movie to watch, especially if you have a passion for horses, which I do!!!!! Flicka is such a gorgeous horse!!!!
This movie was w/out a doubt depressing. lol. i liked it though. And ryan looked so fine!!!Flixster - Share Movies
16 year old Katherine "Katy" McLaughlin (Alison Lohman) has big dreams of Wyoming horse ranch with her father named Rob, (Tim McGraw), mother named Nell (Maria Bello) & older brother named Howard (Ryan Kwanten). Katy spends time with spend time with a stray mustang when she named her Flicka. Saw this movie with a friend mainly for Tim McGraw was in it. We both fell inlove with it. We cried,we laughed, we cheered and we even had to look away for one short scene
i really liked dis film... de horses r gorgeous... nd yes i did get upset wen i thought de horse was dead.... but hey im a softy.....lol
Better than I thought it would be... We rented this for my daugter, and I kind of got sucked into it. It is fairly predictable, but overall it is a nice family movie.
This is just the moust beautiful movie. But flicka don't mean pretty girt it jus means girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
I love horse movies and this was a really good one. The first time I watched it, it made me cry. I would recommend this to horse lovers.
A fotografia é bonita, mas todo o resto é muito chato. ô menina antipática e rebelde :/ coisa chata, tem é que dar umas bifa para ver se arruma.
This film was nothing beyond a bad country song. The girl's just like a mustang and her daddy tries to change her but what he doesn't realize is that he and she are cut from the exact same mold. It takes a really hot mom, who can't be much older than the daughter, to point this out. The acting is terrible. The story is cliche. And it all plays out with the greatest amount of overdramatic vigour that I've seen in a long time. There's even a scene with the girl chasing after the horse ever-so dramtically IN THE RAIN. Is it possible to be any cornier? Plus, am I the only one completely creeped out by the sexual tension between the brother and the sister? They keep giving each other loving glances and even flirtingly splash around in the local watering hole fully clothed. Ew.
I really like this movie. Specially because I love horses. But I did almost cry at least three times during it. :P
mooi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
this film is so under rated by people, the contact between the girl and horse is so strong you actually feel for them, the acting was good and story line is realistic and strong.
I really liked this movie... I love horses, and I live in a ranch, though I haven't experienced the feelings taht ar shown in the movie. I liked the acting and the story. Definitely recommended
I absoulutly LOVE this movie!!!! I could watch it over and over!!!!! The actors were wonderful! So amazing I cried!

LOVED this movie. Took my daughter to see it cause she loves Tim McGraw. We cried.
Before my sister in law and neices watched this movie we had a bet. We would not need kleenex. We were wrong. This was a absolutely wonderful emotional movie and some parts sent us over the edge. It was just as good as the movie dreamer. I am such a fan of these type of movies and this one I gave high ratings for because it was great all around.
