MCT:October 12, 2008One of the greatest love stories every told. It was like they read one of my theories of life, wishing to go back in time and never have an event occurred. It was well scripted, well acted and had several twists. Everyone must see this masterpiece.

From writer Charlie Kauffman comes this sweet and clever romantic comedy that asks one simple and complicated questions: If you could, would you erase someone from your mind ? It seems like thats what the characters in this movie want to do until they are well into de process and cant turn it around. There are some pretty amazing performances, especially from Carrey and Winslet and Michel Gondry has the perfect sensibility for Kauffman's genius script. Its a very complex and thoughtful film about the meaning of love. Could be seen as depressing at times but its never a dull film. Extremely touching. -

MCT:October 6, 2008OMG... worst movie ever! Weirdy beardy arty farty bullshit... is there a storyline here???? The trailer made this movie look like a brilliant concept with the potential to be really fun. I went out n bought the DVD as soon as it came out... all I got out of it was a £3 trade-in the following week from blockbuster video store!!! And to top it all off, even my dog spent all night yakking up thru the movie cos it was sooooo baaaadd! Kate... you have sorely dissapointed me!!! Jim.... ur a knob! lol

Original story that was filmed in an original style. What a concept. Jim Carrey really shines in more dramatic roles like this one, and the supporting cast is great. This is one you'll want to watch a few times to fully appreciate.

Phenomenal score, excellent script, remarkable direction... I can't say much more in praise of this film that has not already been said by many more eloquent people. What I can say is this will always be one of my favorite films ever made by anyone.

This movie is very tricky , The first time i saw it was going to be on theaters i really didn't wanted to see it but then a friend told me it was very good so i saw it and a loved it, the way it´s filmed and the chemstry between kate winsLet and jIm carrey is unbeliveble..the idea of the whole movie is kind of messed up, but I think that that is what makes it a great and original movie.. i think it's my favorite movie:P

Not a film that I would of chosen if I saw it sitting on the shelf, but I thought it was great.
Kate Winslet & Jim Carrey make a surprisingly good on screen couple, I would of never pictured it until I saw this film.
If you liked Requiem For A Dream then you should like this film as well. -

I think this the most well written movie I've ever seen. I have never seen Jim Carrey performing like this. Kate Winslet was great too. One extra thing you have to spot in the movie is the music. The music was really great, Jon Brion did a great job.

This is one of the best movies I've ever seen, Jim Carrey's best work to date. I think some day this movie will be truely reconginzed for its brilliance and Jim Carrey will be recognized for his overlooked acting abilities.
