Armageddon (1998, PG-13)
great movie and sad... this movie is about a man harry stamper who owns a oil rig and is asked my nasa to train men for a mission to distroy a comet headed for earth... harry designed a machine for drilling in space... but does not trust those who have been put in charge of the mission... and hires men he knows for the job.... they go to space and drill but with complecations harry is forced to stay behind and blow the comet up manually leaving behind his daughter... this is an action pack movie and has the best performances by bruce willis. ben afflect and liv tyler.... and also co stars will patton, steve buscemi,and billy bob thorton |
