Hilarious and intoxicating. Who needs drugs when there's Thompson? Second to Ed Wood as Johnny Depp's best performance.

Mindless escapist fun filled with great music, great sex and great drugs; all the better thanks to a wonderful cast of now unknowns. Remember when people used to know Dawson's real name?

I'm not sure exactly what to think of this film, since it depends heavily on wether you see it high or sober.

Not a particularly good film, but Anna Faris is simply exceptional. The film is worth watching simply because of her hilarious performance. The woman deserves better films, since she certainly has talent for bettering-up the ones she's in. The movie also displays amazing supporting actors who aren't used enough, but they are not a match for Anna.
